Customer Service Executive

Salary: £12.60-£13.80 per hour, dependent on experience.

The role

We are looking for a part-time Customer Service Executive (minimum 15 hours a week contract, with at least 2-3 hours per day. Ability to work up to 8 hours per day in peak sale periods), to help manage our customer service channels. You must have the ability to work remotely. You will work closely with the logistics, e-commerce, product and warehouse teams to deliver a great customer experience.

This will include customer service for:

  • Email enquiries
  • Facebook and Instagram messages

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Respond to customer queries on e-mail and social media. 
  2. Offer advice on lingerie sizing and fit, taking opportunities to recommend styles and up-sell where possible. 
  3. Action order changes with our fulfilment centre and Shopify.
  4. Manage deliveries for UK and International customers working with couriers in the UK and abroad.
  5. Proactively prepare for busier periods such as launch and sale by working with our fulfilment centre and the wider team.
  6. Identify patterns in customer queries and complaints and quickly problem-solve recurring issues and streamline customer journey.
  7. Maintain a considered and consistent tone of voice for all customer correspondence in line with our website and social media.
  8. Processing customer returns for exchanges and refunds. Review and share return information with Production team to help with quality control.
  9. Liaise with marketing team to ensure information for customers on the website is up to date, transparent and concise.
  10. Attend weekly team meetings and share regular customer updates with the team.

Who you are

You ideally have at least one year of experience in a customer service role, exemplary written and oral communication, and enjoy problem solving. It's a big plus if you have experience working for either a fashion or lingerie start-up and / or experience working globally, across cultures, and communicating with people for whom English is a second language.
