Dora Larsen is looking for an exceptional, commercially minded Finance Manager to take the lead on our end-to-end financial operations. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in a creative and ambitious business, where your input will directly influence our success.

We’re a small, passionate team, so we’re looking for someone who is highly driven, dynamic, and thrives when working autonomously. You’ll be responsible not only for the day-to-day finance function but also for designing and implementing scalable business processes that will shape how we operate now and in the future.

·       Develop and embed efficient, scalable systems and processes across the business.

·       Provide strategic commercial insight and analysis to support decision-making.

·       Work closely with the company Directors and manage our Finance & Operations Assistant.

Because we’re a small team, this role is hands-on, fast-paced and ever-evolving. You’ll need to be proactive and solutions-focused, with the confidence to take ownership and drive change. In return, you’ll gain exposure to a broad range of business areas and have the chance to make a real and lasting impact.

We’re looking for someone who:

·       Thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.

·       Is excited by the challenge of building and refining processes from the ground up.

·       Has a keen commercial mind and strong analytical skills.

·       Is motivated, independent, and eager to grow with the business.

·       Is seeking a meaningful, high-impact part-time position (3 days per week).

This is more than just a finance role – it’s a chance to help shape the future of Dora Larsen. If you’re looking for a flexible, high-impact position where your contribution is seen and valued every day, we’d love to hear from you.

THE BRAND

Dora Larsen is a boutique lingerie brand founded in 2016 by Georgia Larsen. Drawing on her experience as a lingerie buyer for Topshop, Georgia identified a gap in the market for beautiful, comfort-focused lingerie in unexpected and innovative colour combinations. Georgia now runs Dora Larsen alongside her husband, Jake, who joined the business full-time in 2018. A chartered accountant, Jake began his career in audit and advisory at Deloitte before gaining commercial finance experience at Prudential plc.
