We provide free UK returns and exchanges.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please return your item to us within 28 days of receipt. All products must be as you received them, unworn, with tags and gusset stickers attached.
To process your return or exchange, please follow our advice below.
UK, CHANNEL ISLANDS AND ISLE OF MAN RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please process your return or exchange using our UK Returns Portal here.
Once your returned item arrives with us you'll receive a notification and a refund or despatch of your exchange item, as applicable.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please complete the returns form included in your order and process your return using the International Returns Portal. Shipping costs are calculated on the Portal and deducted from your refund.
Unfortunately we don’t currently provide exchanges outside of the UK, so we recommend placing a new order and returning your original item for a refund.
You can arrange your own return if you’d rather not use our Portal. Please make sure to include the returns form inside. We recommend using a tracked and insured service. Our returns address is:

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
If you'd like to cancel your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible, and we'll attempt to follow up on your request before shipping. We usually ship within 24 hours, but it can be sooner than this.
If your order is still at our warehouse, we'll provide a full refund including any shipping charges.
