Part-time Customer Services Representative

We are looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative to manage our customer services across all digital channels. You have the option to work remotely, or from our office based in Bermondsey, London. You will work closely with the logistics, e-commerce, product and warehouse teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
This will include responding to:
- Email enquiries
- Instagram and Facebook messages
On a typical day you would:
- Help with payment enquiries
- Help with exchanges and returns, fulfilling refunds where required
- Answer queries from prospective customers
- Advise on fit related queries
- Identify common complaints and identify opportunities to feedback to team and drive continuous business improvement
The role will be based on minimum contractual hours of 7 hours per week, although it is expected that actual hours will exceed this, particularly as the business is in a period of rapid growth. The successful candidate will be happy to work an increasing number of hours in the future to align to business growth.
Dora Larsen is a start-up lingerie brand, founded by Georgia Larsen in 2016. As a former member of the lingerie buying team at Topshop, Georgia spotted a gap in the market for beautiful, comfort driven lingerie in innovative colour combinations and set out to build a brand offering just that. Georgia now runs the brand with husband Jake, who joined the brand full time in 2018. Jake’s background is in finance and is a chartered accountant who trained during his time as an audit and advisory professional at Deloitte, and subsequently gained commercial finance experience at Prudential plc.
Who you are
You ideally have at least one year of experience in a customer service role, exemplary written and oral communication, and enjoy problem solving. It's a big plus if you have experience working for either a fashion or lingerie start-up and / or experience working globally, across cultures, and communicating with people for whom English is a second language.
We are flexible on which hours of the day you work, provided it is within the time frame of 9am-2pm UK business hours.
