Returns & Exchanges

We provide free UK returns and exchanges.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please submit your return to us within 14 days of receipt. You will then have a further 14 days to send you item back to us. All products must be as you received them, unworn, with tags and gusset stickers attached.

To process your return or exchange, please follow our advice below.

 

UK, CHANNEL ISLANDS AND ISLE OF MAN RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We've gone paperless. To process your return or exchange, head to our returns portal here with your order number and hashtag. You can find your order number in your confirmation email. 

Select the products you wish to return or exchange and set the reason for return. 

You will be provided with two options to return your items, a QR code which will be scanned at the post office or a returns label which you can print at home.

Package your products in the original packaging and drop them off with Royal Mail.  

Once your returned item arrives with us you'll receive an email notification. Please bear in mind once your return is delivered to our warehouse, returns and exchanges including store credit, can take up to 14 days from delivery in busy periods. If you would like to purchase another item immediately, we advise placing a second order. Please contact a team member to switch store credit to a refund.

We can only provide a refund for a lost return once we have been provided with proof of postage. If you are unable to provide this, we can only offer store credit.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES

To process your return, head to our international returns portal here with your order number and email address. You can find your order number in your confirmation email, please remember to include the hashtag on the return portal.  

Select the products you wish to return and set the reason. 

 Select your preferred return method and follow the steps to print your own label or you can arrange your own return.  

Package your products in the original packaging and bring them to your chosen drop-off point. Shipping costs are calculated on the Portal and deducted from your refund. 

You can arrange your own return if you’d rather not use our Portal. We recommend using a tracked and insured service. Our returns address is:

Please bear in mind, that we can only provide a refund for a lost return once we have been provided with proof of postage. If you are unable to provide this, we can only offer store credit. With this in mind, please keep hold of your proof of postage and wherever possible, add a note to your parcel with your name and order number, this would be extremely helpful for our team.

Unfortunately, we don’t currently provide exchanges outside of the UK, so we recommend placing a new order and returning your original item for a refund. 

 

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

If you'd like to cancel your order, please email us at info@doralarsen.com within our working hours, Monday-Friday, and we'll attempt to follow up on your request before shipping. We usually ship within 24 hours, but it can be sooner than this. You will receive a response from our customer service representative if your order has been amended or cancelled.

If your order is still at our warehouse, we'll provide a full refund including any shipping charges.
