We offer free returns in the UK.

If you wish to make a return, please fill out the returns form included in your package and follow the instructions given below.
In order to process your return, we must receive it or see proof of your return postage within 28 days of your original delivery date. If we have not received your return within this time frame, unfortunately, we won't be able to provide a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, all products must be exactly as you received them, unworn, with any tags and seals still attached. We will not accept any knickers with the gusset sticker removed.

UK Returns

To return an item to us here in the UK please process your request via the Royal Mail Returns Portal.
Once your returned item arrives with us you will receive a notification and a refund.

International Returns   

Please process your return using the International Returns Portal.
Shipping costs are calculated on the Portal and deducted from your refund.
Alternatively, you can arrange your own return if you’d rather not use our Portal. Please include all relevant paperwork and make sure you use a tracked and insured service for safety. Our returns address is:

To avoid the disappointment of your size selling out before we receive your return, we do not provide exchanges on orders. If you require a different size or style, please place a new online order, and return your original one to us to refund. 

Cancelling your order

If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at as soon as possible, and we will endeavour to follow up on your request prior to shipping. We usually ship within 24 hours, but it can be sooner than this. Once we receive and have processed your email, we will confirm the location of your package. If still at our warehouse, we will offer you a full refund including any shipping charges.
