Shipping & Returns
Here at Dora Larsen, we guarantee the high quality of all our products. However, if our products do not meet this high standard or if you are unsatisfied in any way, we are happy to refund or exchange items in accordance with the conditions laid out below.
We aim to make returning any unsuitable products as easy as possible - just follow these simple steps and let us know if you have any problems at firstname.lastname@example.org
! Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, unworn, with tag and seal still attached. As our products come in a variety of colours, please ensure you follow our wash care instructions carefully. Our products should be hand washed cold at all times – we promise you it’s worth it to keep your underwear looking beautiful for longer !
If you intend to make a return, you must inform us at email@example.com within 14 days of placing the order, stating the order number your return relates to and whether you would like a refund or an exchange for another size/ colour.
After notifying us, products must be returned to our office within 28 days of delivery.

In case of returning or exchanging items, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs (these are covered for faulty products only).
Please send all return items in the same shipment to ensure that it is processed as quickly as possible.
It can take up to 10 days for your return to be delivered back to us, depending on which postal service you use.
You will be notified by email as soon as your return has been received and processed.
Any refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s card and will be exclusive of shipping costs (these are covered for faulty products only). This typically takes 10 working days, dependent on your bank or card issuer and unfortunately Dora Larsen are unable to influence this.
We try to accept all returns, but in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. We are unable to accept any exchanges or faulty item returns on soiled or unclean garments for hygienic purposes, we strongly recommend trying items over underwear until you have decided to keep your order.
Return postage and tracking is the responsibility of the customer, we strongly suggest a traceable shipping method when returning items to doralarsen.com.
Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size and colour. All exchanges are based on stock availability and are shipped to you free of charge. Should you be interested in an alternative style, please return your item/s to us and simply purchase the new piece separately on the Dora Larsen website. Sale items are non-exchangeable but can be returned for a full refund.
